Corporate communication or the art of crafting and building brand identities and corporate brand has been responsible for the worldwide success of Companies. Think of corporate communication as the voice of an organization. It speaks internally with the employees and as well as externally to suppliers, vendors, media, investors and other stake holders. It speaks when things are going well in the corporation and when there is a crisis. As with all good and effective communication, it must be clear, consistent and controlled.
There are many varying aspects of corporate communications and they can all affect or contribute to an organization’s reputation. Corporate communication is often a key strategic enabler in today’s highly competitive and informational- driven business environment.
Corporate communications serve several audiences and purposes external to the organization. Companies need to communicate effectively to the media, so they engage public or media relations professionals. If organizations need to liaise with government relations experts. Public relations Companies need to employ investor’s relations specialists. Some companies may have specific individuals to handle relations in the community such as charitable or volunteer works.
The main importances include:
A common aspect of internal corporate communications is employees’ relations ensuring accurate and consistent communication with employees. This communication can be both formal and informal. Example of the formal communications include employee handbook memorandum and employee reviews. Will maintain effective communication between the Company and the external publics.

We use corporate communication so that what you communicate must enhance the organization. Helps to ensure a better flow between the internal and external organization.
Improve customers relations that are no business would succeed without customers and every Company exist to serve them. Communicating with customers is every bit important as communication within the workplace. This can be achieved through social media such as face book, instagram and the internet in order to reach out your customers.

By encouraging everyone at your business, whether big or small, to openly share their thoughts without fear of being shut down you will quickly notice that the employees have the most to add up.
