Corporate
communication or the art of crafting and building brand identities and
corporate brand has been responsible for the worldwide success of Companies. Think
of corporate communication as the voice of an organization. It speaks
internally with the employees and as well as externally to suppliers, vendors,
media, investors and other stake holders. It speaks when things are going well
in the corporation and when there is a crisis. As with all good and effective
communication, it must be clear, consistent and controlled.
There
are many varying aspects of corporate communications and they can all affect or
contribute to an organization’s reputation. Corporate communication is often a
key strategic enabler in today’s highly competitive and informational- driven
business environment.
Corporate
communications serve several audiences and purposes external to the
organization. Companies need to communicate effectively to the media, so they
engage public or media relations professionals. If organizations need to liaise
with government relations experts. Public relations Companies need to employ investor’s
relations specialists. Some companies may have specific individuals to handle
relations in the community such as charitable or volunteer works.
The
main importances include:
A
common aspect of internal corporate communications is employees’ relations
ensuring accurate and consistent communication with employees. This
communication can be both formal and informal. Example of the formal
communications include employee handbook memorandum and employee reviews. Will
maintain effective communication between the Company and the external publics.
To
run the company under systems of good governance, and in particular they have
very specific objectives in relations to each target group. That is to maintain
and sustain the objectives and goals of the company in fulfilling the interest
of the stake holders,

business plan, strategy, economic health, investment, goal and objectives,
achievements and corporate social responsibility (CSR).
To

of the Company’s goals and objectives, enthusing them with Company’s
achievements advising on corporate strategy.
To
achieve specific goals of the plan since the organization manages communication
in order to attain specific objectives of the organization. We use corporate
communication so that what you communicate must enhance the organization. Helps
to ensure a better flow between the internal and external organization.
Improve
customers relations that are no business would succeed without customers and
every Company exist to serve them. Communicating with customers is every bit
important as communication within the workplace. This can be achieved through
social media such as face book, instagram and the internet in order to reach
out your customers.

innovation no matter how skilled the people at the top level of our company
are, you can never have too many ideas. By encouraging everyone at your
business, whether big or small, to openly share their thoughts without fear of
being shut down you will quickly notice that the employees have the most to add
